The Alexander Technique is a thought process which helps to break poor habits of movement which restrict the way you function. You learn to stop your existing poor behaviour patterns
thereby allowing the body space to move well.
The Technique can help a wide range of health issues including arthritis, migraines, balance, RSI, Parkinson’s disease, neck, back and knee problems. It can also help with the way you learn sport, music or drama.
Formerly a qualified Occupational Therapist, Felicity has practised the Alexander Technique full time for 23 years whilst also at Wells Cathedral School and Hewlett Packard. She is a Member of the Society of Teachers of the Alexander Technique.
